The whole experience was great, nothing too much trouble, would be happy to recommend. The room was huge with a great view and comfortable bed plus nice bathroom, the staff were polite and pleasant, did everything. Location: the hotel was really close to the Castle of Alicante as well as the restaurant, which is spotlessly clean and nice and airy.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The friendly staff at the restaurant went above and beyond to accommodate our children's food preferences. The hotel's location was convenient, close to restaurants and the old quarter.
The lighting in the rooms was dim and the lack of windows in one of the bedrooms made it feel a bit stuffy. The breakfast options were limited, and the coffee was not to my liking.

Nicest hotel, great value. Classy, big rooms, quiet aircon, great sleep. Lovely receptionist, kind and helpful. Awesome town, big castle, fiesta, great tapas. Pure Spain experience.
Everything great.

The hotel is great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, from the comfortable large beds in the rooms to the quiet air conditioning that ensures a good night's sleep. The location, just under the castle, adds a touch of charm to the hotel's appeal. The staff provide excellent service, with a friendly and helpful receptionist willing to assist with any enquiries. And let's not forget the breakfast, which is a satisfying start to the day.
No complaints, everything was fantastic!

We stayed at a hotel just on the outskirts of town, near the castle and the main A31 motorway. This location allowed us to enjoy some peace and quiet, while still being within reach of key attractions and transport routes. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and included modern amenities such as a large flat-screen TV and ducted aircon. the staff at the hotel provided excellent service, and the restaurant served delicious food.
That the restaurant was closed on certain days, which we weren't made aware of in advance.

We stayed here over Christmas and enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We appreciated the fact that they provided free toiletries and even a toothbrush and toothpaste! The location was great, with easy access to the town and castle grounds. The continental breakfast was also a plus, with a good variety of options.
That there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. However, this seems to be common in Spain.
